When do I need to register for the trip?
Please register as soon as possible. The registration deadline is Friday, April 3, 2026.

How will I know my registration form was received?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon completion of your registration.
Will an alternative prize be awarded if I cannot attend the trip?
The Champion’s Circle trip is unique as it recognizes and rewards you in a way that makes you feel something that cannot be rewarded in any other way. This special trip is measured by the experience of being present, not by monetary value. Therefore, there will be no cash payout or alternate trip awarded for any reason.
What if I cannot attend the trip?
Should you not be able to attend the trip please notify your manager and Britnye Kurty at [email protected] We would like to send you the gifts which will be given out during the event, along with your Champion’s Circle award.
When can I expect to receive my final trip documents?
Prior to your departure, you will receive additional program details via email. This will include details to assist you in planning your trip.
What type of airline arrangements will be made for me?
Roundtrip airfare will be provided for each winner/host and one adult guest (21 years of age or older) from the winner’s home city to Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. No additional guests of any kind, including children or infants, are permitted to attend or stay at the Champion’s Circle event or participate in any associated activities. For those flying in, ground transportation is coordinated for you between the arrival airport and the Champion’s Circle host hotel as part of this package. Please make note below if you are within a drivable distance and do not need ground transportation or airfare for the program.

How will I get to/from the airport and the hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL?
Based on your registration information, Champion’s Circle Travel Headquarters will make arrangements for your round-trip transfers and luggage handling between the airport and hotel over group dates.
How do I extend my stay?
Should rooms be requested on the Friday, Saturday, or Sunday pre-event dates, a rate of $389/night plus tax, resort fee, and parking, can be honored but contingent upon availability. Post event date rates will be provided at time of request.
Note: Extensions are not confirmed until we have confirmed the extensions with the hotel and have obtained your credit card information to guarantee your room.
Who can I take as my guest?
The Champion’s Circle is a celebration for winners as well as their adult guest. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Are there exceptions to bringing children or infants on the trip?
No exceptions will be made regarding any guest under the age of 21. Hotel, accommodations and trip activities are limited to the winner and one guest (21 years or older).
What expenses will I incur?
Items such as meals on your own, optional tours and activities outside of the program agenda, extra bar charges, telephone calls, faxes, gift purchases, room service, laundry, and any other items not specifically mentioned as included are your responsibility.
Please Note: The value of this trip is considered taxable income and will be reported on your W-2 for the year. This means the trip’s value will be included in your taxable earnings, as required by IRS regulations, but the company will “gross up” the amount it reports to ensure the associate is not paying out-of-pocket for the taxes.
